What are the shipping rates for local orders 🇸🇬?
We offer free local shipping for orders above $50. A delivery fee of $3.50 will be charged for orders amounting to less than $50.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently ship to several Asia countries – Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
Enjoy free shipping for orders above SGD$100. For orders below SGD$100, a flat fee of SGD$15 will be incurred.
What is the mode of delivery?
All orders will be carefully handled by our express courier delivery partner and delivered to your doorstep anytime from 9am to 10pm (local orders).
We have also absorbed some of the delivery cost on our end to ensure that you have best online shopping experience.
How long does it take to receive my items?
We process all orders within 1 working day (Monday - Saturday 9am - 7pm, except for PH). You may receive your orders within 2-4 working days from placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to your registered e-mail once your parcel is shipped. Alternatively, you can also opt for SMS notifications after you have successfully made payment on our website.
I need my item urgently, what should I do?
Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a DM on IG @moonwolfactive should you need your items urgently, and we will try to work something out for you!
Returns & Exchanges
My item doesn’t fit well. How do I make an exchange?
For a flat fee of $6, our courier partner will collect your parcel from your doorstep and redeliver the correct size to you again.
- Email us at email@example.com with the following:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number
- Product name, colour & size of the item(s) you wish to exchange
- Tell us more about the defect (placement, type of defect)
- Size you wish to exchange to
- We will process your return request and get back to you within one working day.
- PayNow or Bank Transfer a total of $6 (account details will be provided over email).
- Inform us of your preferred return parcel pick-up delivery date.
- Our trusted courier partners will collect the parcel from your doorstep next!
- Once we have received your item, we will mail out the requested piece within one working day.
How do I make sure that my return request will be successfully processed?
Please ensure that the product to be exchanged is in its original condition, with the clothes tag still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not fufill these criteria. We will strictly reject exchanges for items with stains (eg. make-up, strands of hair, sweat patches or pet fur).
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not fulfil our returns or exchange policy.
I changed my mind. Can I request for a refund or exchange to another item?
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges or returns due to change of mind. All orders are final and we only accept size exchanges.
We currently do not offer exchanges to different colors or different products unless the product and requested size is out of stock. If that happens and you wish to exchange for an item of a higher price, a top-up of the remaining amount is required. The top-up amount will be based on the original price of the product, excluding any discount or promo-code used.
